Easiest way is to use a threader like this one:

"Plan B" involves undoing a metal hanger, a long shoestring, and piece of masking tape.

I've got some pyjamas that I like to wear but the string that you tie around your waist has come out, dunno a good way to get it back in. I've experienced this problem with jumpers for example in the past as well.

Help appreciated :)

You know they make things specifically for that purpose. I got this one on Amazon. It did its job remarkably well.

Hi girls,

I have never been able to find a pair of leggings that don't fall down, they are a good or tight fit around my legs, but when I'm doing Zumba I have to pull them up half way through the song! They stay up when I'm walking (mostly) but just fall down any other time What kind of leggings do you use? D: Does any one have Zumba branded leggings? Are they any better? (for reference - I have tried 4 different pairs of sports leggings. All of them fall down)

These are the best for threading: Easy Threader Flexible Needle Drawstring replacement and craft tool https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0052Y3RRM/ref=cmswrcpapa_yRVwyb370W73P

And you can buy cord anywhere, for example: Wrights Drawstring Cord, 1/4-Inch, Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002XNQPTC/ref=cmswrcpapa_NSVwybBS56HEX

You can get this thing at the WalMart arts and crafts/ sewing section. I've had to use it multiple times over the years fixing pants and replacing shitty drawstrings that wouldn't tighten. Certainly worth the $7 you spend on it.

I picked up one of these, basically a long, flexible knitting needle - because I was re-threading my own & Mrs' sweat pants a few years ago. I think I got it for about a dollar at a flea-market.
I've also got a bodkin for this, now as well. These are the best tools to get it done quickly, and without my hands cramping up.

If you have a sewing machine, just rip the seam, and restring then re-sew it closed.

If you have to make due with what you have around.. I've seen tips using wire hangars, plastic straws, wet & frozen string (stiffer, and easier to push through), bic pens, smaller thread or ribbon as a 'pilot string', and safety pins to 'walk' it through. old LPT , old LPT 2 , Old LPT 3

... it's a pain in the ass that comes up every now and again.
