You can get the 1/100 builder hands. There's one with a finger on a trigger configuration. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0087D8K86/ref=cmswrcpapa_Bf9BAb4MNNPRP

I'm a big fan of anything Gerbera related. Looks nice a nice kit.

CC; those hands have got to go. If you can, pick up a set of replacement hands. They're relatively cheap and will add so much to the overal astetics of the model.

Do MG Gunpla ever come with gun-gripping hands? [R]

Newer kits generally don't. You can buy official Bandai 1/100 builders hand though. For both the Federation style and Zeon style.

Replacement hands for MG Gundam Astray RedFrame? [R]

Hello. I broke one of the hinges that old one of the hands in my Astray Red frame, and while the hand can keep its position it wont allow for posing or holding weapons.

I know there are some replacement hands in the market, but how do I know which is the right one for this mode so it can hold the swords correctly?

Looking at this video and my parts from my astray/your picture...I'd venture to say that the gundam builder parts have the peg you need. But I haven't tried it myself. It's just from looking at the two parts. 6 bucks would be worth a try if I couldn't glue or build something out of pla plate that would work. Btw I would try replacing the peg and not the hands. I think that hand is pretty dated, as far as the articulation goes. Also could try searching google for "emotion manipulators" I think that's what a lot of people call gundam hands. Anyways through my searching I have yet to find a hand with that the finger swivel, trigger finger and thumb combo. I'm sure the new master grade hands that have full finger articulation coud hold the swords though and did see a post of those getting an independent release.

Popped off fingers while building Nu Ver Ka. help! [R]

I was on the part for the emotion manipulators, and although I was very careful (not careful enough it seems) I managed to pop off two fingers (Index and pinky) while loosening up the joints.

Doing so resulted in the two fingers being really loose, and they keep popping off very, very easily. What can I do to stabilize them?

These suggestions would work just fine for the standard MG hands, however the emotion hands are a different beast. If you look closely at the fingers, you can see that they are held together by a thin and delicate piece of plastic. Break that, and it's all over. I have not seen a fix for this, other than gluing the fingers in place. My suggestion(s) would be to either purchase the builder parts hands or the soon to be released MC Model MG Moveable Hands (essentially a 3rd party version of the emotion hands)

How do you prop up heavy weapons/parts? [R]

I was reading up on the MG OVA Sinanju I bought recently and apparently it can be difficult to carry the rifle/bazooka since the hands are very loose. I was thinking of ways to hold up the weapons and couldn't think of anything. I saw that this person used an action base but I'm not exactly sure where the part that holds up the weapon is from. Any ideas? Either on the action base or other ways to hold up heavy parts? It would be great if I could find out before I leave Hong Kong so I can just buy something here haha

Also I just posted recently and received a lot of help and information so I really appreciate everyone's help! I apologize in advance if I'm spamming a bit... This will be my last post lol ...until I actually get started on/finish my build :)

If I may ask, how big are the hands? From the pictures on amazon they look pretty sizable. I'm thinking of getting some for my MG Unicorn for some extra posability so I'd appreciate any feedback.
