What is this flag? Found in a family restaurant in rural Georgia. Some sort of battalion banner? [R]

So, after a few hours of truly stomach-churning googling...

  • The black and grey US flag is probably the Recession Flag, co-opted by Tea Partiers from, of all things, a Kanye West album
  • The Crusader's Cross seems to be anti-Islam, pro-Christian (can't find a definitive citation on it)
  • The totenkopf (and this version of it, in particular) is anti-Semitic.
